3. Counter-notice
If material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, the affected party may submit a counter-notice identifying the material and its former location, explaining the basis for restoration, and providing the statements and consent required by applicable law. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant.
4. Other urgent content reports
Content involving minors, non-consensual conduct, trafficking, or other unlawful activity is prohibited. Clearly identify an urgent safety report in the email subject. Contact emergency services directly where anyone faces immediate danger.
5. Repeat infringement and misuse
We may restrict access to content or services associated with repeated infringement. Knowingly submitting a materially false or misleading notice may create legal liability.
6. Send a notice
Use the subject “Copyright Notice” or “Urgent Content Report” and include the applicable information above.
